May 9, 2024 - Bricking. Still some good fruit and acidity will allow further aging imo. Nice to drink now however.

August 29, 2023 - I was pleasantly surprised that it is still drinking well. Brickish brown color. Still good acidity, cherry fruit.

November 21, 2021 - Deep ruby with bricky edges

Sweet floral nose with roses, cassis, smoked meat, lavender and mint

Soft, silky tannins and med acidity

Sour red and black cherry, raspberry

Nice wine and probably at peak (although that color was a headscratcher)

October 4, 2021 - At least I think that’s what this was. Label had disintegrated (crate in floor, oops), clearly Aldo Conterno, pretty sure not a Riserva, with Premier Cru sticker records make me pretty sure ‘98. Tight, but several hours in decanter opened, red cherries, bitter lemon, herbs, tar. Moderate length, some loved. B+/B

December 20, 2018 - 93+ Bricking color as expected, very tasty, sour cheery.
we also had a 2010 vintage. I liked this much better, but the others preferred the 2010. I would rate the 2010 a 90, but Brad would be closer to a 93/94. I would guess this will drink well for a couple more years.
