October 17, 2015 - The aroma has big oak, some sharpness from alcohol, and just a hint of fruit underneath. Overall a small aroma. The flavor is bigger, bright, fruity with a touch of oak following the fruit. Tannins are good, not too strong. Has a deep dark violet color. Tasted at about 64°F.

February 28, 2013 - More red fruits than black. Tannic, but not overwhelming. Good acidity. Better with food. I would NOT go back for more. B
