April 26, 2024 - Nose of yeast and fresh bread, oranges, lemon peel and the palate is crisp and balanced with loads of natural air in each gulp. It has a clean, light and lemony taste. Medium bodied with a pithy finish. Very nice

June 17, 2023 - I like it, but was a bit of a tough sell to a large group. Some rubber-y, dirty eraser tones on the nose. It's an earthy, cider-like note that honestly smells like a lot of South African Chenin. A bit of process (yeasty, lees notes) are there alongside dried yellow fruit & melon rind. But the cider topnote is heavy. Medium feel, nice energy & length.

April 23, 2023 - A private lunch (Restaurant Bak, Amsterdam, NL): Organic and biodynamic viticulture. A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 5% Poulsard and 5% Trousseau, partially aged in barrel, second fermentation with Vin de Paille must, zero dosage, disgorged August 2022. Crisp, fresh and dry, hint of earth, gentle skin bitters, apple and red fruit, steely finish, good length.
