December 22, 2020 - Quite a nice surprise. Mature notes of honeycomb, red apples, Asian pears, candied ginger, and crushed shells. With air, some lemon and yellow apples on the finish. Crisp and lovely.

February 16, 2014 - Bright citrusy fruit with some apple/pear notes as well. Whiff of yeast. Nice dose of mineral, but this does stay on the silky/fruity side. Lacks brass (made Nancy happy but I like the metallic edge in Champagne). Good with both a light salad and an incredibly rich cod/artichoke/braised bacon dish.
