February 14, 2022 - Delayed note - Enjoyed this but it was outclassed on Sat Night by some other Pinots, including a terrific 2005 A to Z Pinot (which I couldn’t locate the bottle to see the vineyard).

August 7, 2021 - Light transparent red in color. Lovely perfumed nose of strawberries and violets. Beautiful, delicate fruit, strawberries, cherries. Fine tannins, precise acidity, perfect balance. Brightens with air, but I would not decant it. Finishes moderately long, savory with cherry notes. Lovely wine and no need to wait. Should hold for a few years.

November 22, 2019 - Decanted 2 hrs. Having tasted a lot of Kelley Fox Pinot s over the last two years, this really seems like the first Scott Paul wine that bears a strong resemblance to wines under her own namesake. Starting with the nose, great scents of wild raspberry and spice, I suspect some percentage of whole clusters is at play here, maybe 25%? Would have liked to see a little more grip mid palate, but still highly enjoyable for sure. I do think better er drinking in the next 1 to 4 years.

May 11, 2019 - A bit lighter in color to some of the others in the 2007 - 2014 vertical tasting we are doing...a bit more cola than cherry on this one.

April 17, 2019 - Give it time to open up. Lots of spice going on with this one. Drink now.
