December 7, 2022 - Jonagold apple. Typical crescendo acidity gives balance to the medium sweetness. Not overly complex but focused.

Clear appearance with medium gold intensity.
Clean, pronounced nose with honey, pineapple, marmalade and tropical fruit.
The palate has medium sweetness, low acidity and low tannin. Medium body with orange peel and honeysuckle. Medium finish.

April 15, 2013 - It's all juicy fruit (pun to gum intended). Given the price, I don't fault it for a lack of complexity. The fruit's nice but a bit more acid would have been welcome. As it warms and loses temperature's foregiveness, it can grow a bit cloying.
