March 26, 2023 - Deep garnet, pale at the edges. Overall, very well integrated and smooth. Good dark cherry fruit, definite spices, a hint of rosewater and slight balsamic undertones.

November 16, 2014 - Medium ruby with a discreet nose showing ripe black berries, some medicinal notes with dusty undertones. This -in a blind tasting- never reminded me of a Barolo despite the coarse grained tannins as the dominant blackberry core suggested otherwise. Good overall balance.

September 11, 2012 - Quite enjoyable. Nose of vanilla and red cherries. Very juicy with ripe red fruits throughout the palate. Nice but simple medium finish with notes of liquorice .
