  November 15, 2017 - I would have to disagree with the last couple notes from 2 +yrs ago or this has evolved into a decent QPR wine. Under good storage since purchase this still has nice deep red color and fruit. While not terribly complex still a nice claret blend for pasta or as we had a sauteed chicken and mushrooms in lemon wine sauce. Would not hesitate to hold a little while longer as it seems to have enough to carry it maybe another year at least but wouldn't probably go too much further. Might as well enjoy soon while its still going good. Enjoy :-)

  June 27, 2014 - Cedar, menthol, white pepper, and dried cherries make up the nose of this wine. The tannins are very prominent on the palate, yet the finish was initially flat and unimpressive. You get less than what you pay for in this wine despite that it is moderately priced.
