Community Tasting Notes 1

February 23, 2013 - Top 09 and 10 red Burgundy tasting (Capital Grill at Tysons corner, VA): It is like a barrel sample. I had a great bottle of the 10 Bouchard version that reminded me a Batard where this is more like Chevalier, restrained and noble. Fresh pear, white fruits, white flowers, lemon, lime stone and ginger. Delicate subtle fruits, bright acidity and incredibly mineral. Another great example of Le Montrachet. The 10 white burgundy is very special.
