  January 23, 2022 - This was better than my prior bottle; the nose shows ripe red fruits and floral notes, but has better delineation and more underlying mineral tension that is classic for Caillerets; the palate is similar with better freshness and a lovely crunchy red fruit and mineral finish. Good stuff and based on this bottle should drink well for another 5-10.

  May 23, 2021 - Nowhere near its peak. The drinking window here is a joke. It's drinking well now but has a least another few years to improve. Following one glass over 2 hours was a rollercoaster. Opening up/shutting down, rinse, repeat.
  I'll hold my remaining bottle for at least a couple of years, better five.

  September 4, 2019 - This was very good; definitely shows the ripeness of the vintage, but still has good balance and depth. Maybe slightly muddled through the middle, but overall still quite tasty. Should hold for several years.
