April 5, 2024 - Piedmont night: Pretty Roagna nose, with sweet dark cherry fruit. Think I prefer the later iterations of Roagna which have more lift and etherealness. Felt like an in-between phase similar to the transition period for old and new Faiveleys, if you get my drift.

January 19, 2024 - Fine red berries with subtle forest floor, rose, rosehip and tarry notes and just the hint of aged leather. Ultrafine tannin, highly persistent and elegant. Excellent now but will surely hold.

May 14, 2023 - Kun luftet i flaske, åpnet 1 t før konsum. Klar, mursteinsrød farge, litt brunskjær i kanten. Lukter tørket frukt og tørkede roser. Betydelig mer modning nå enn for 2 år siden. Merkes også godt i munnen at modningen er her; avslepen munnfølelse og særs behagelige tanniner. For min gane er dette på topp nå. Trenger ikke mer modning, samtidig som den ikke er tørr og trå, men med frukt i behold. Drikk nå.

November 26, 2022 - 1st bottle: corked. 2nd bottle: Typical Roagna at its best: Light weighted and elegant, tight and concentrated, with floral and feminine nebbiolo aromas. Has taken on some softness.
