October 17, 2015 - Brilliant. Stunning everyday Pinot. Took to a blind tasting where it fared well. An absolute delight. Very moreish. Lovely bouquet. Delightfully balanced, composed, refined Pinot. I love this. Astonishing QPR.

November 15, 2014 - What an excellent value budget pinot! A little more 'new world' style to me than Burg, more of a higher-quality Chilean lighter style than NZ - sweet, fairly thin, rich and lots of strawberrys. Much better than most cheap German pinot and perfect with lighter food - there is no pronounced alcohol and this is ready to drink without air. Lightly oaked and just the right balance to make it rich enough for satisfaction whilst eminently quaffable. I'll be stocking up for the wife's mid-week tipple.

October 26, 2014 - Seems to have improved further since my last bottle, three months ago.

Earthy, very ripe, tart cherry flavours, with slight acidity, providing a really nice balance. Gorgeous nose and lovely, long finish. Very fine indeed.

Still seems young and I would not be surprised if this drinks well for another four or five years. I must order some more from those fine folk at The Wine Society.

August 6, 2014 - Lovely farmyard aromas and cherry taste. Nicely balanced. Good value.

April 15, 2014 - Given its price (for a pinot) and relatively humble origin I was not expecting a great deal from this. How wrong I was! The nose may have been slightly muddled initially, but avoided the cardinal sin in my books of being confected and totally dominated by sweet fruit or oak. Instead the red fruits intermingled with some earth and wood that may not have been seamlessly integrated but were certainly complementary. The first mouthful really caught my attention though. Such weightlessness! You can pay a LOT more money to deliver so many different flavours with such ethereal grace. It does lack depth if one were to judge it to the highest standards but this is a wonderful drinker that I will be re-purchasing immediately.
