Good depth and complexity, unique wine. Pronounced minerality, liquid stone. I have good idea of where this wine is going, but it’s becoming increasingly interesting and complex.

  July 3, 2018 - Lovely on a summer night with favas, courgettes, etc. Still fresh, touch soft and broader on finish, but still elegant, mineral, touch of bitter. Drink now. Always a special wine.

Semi fat texture, full fruit, spicy and mineral. I think this is still hiding, there is more to come. This is now more like a classic Northen Rhône. Wait.

  June 2, 2016 - Great Gonon Tasting (Frederiksberg): Fun to taste this, but I cannot say, that I am convinced; mineral, refreshing, but also a bit short and simple.

  January 12, 2016 - The great Gonon! Overcome by a grape? Strikes me as similar to the other chasselas I've had - low acid, a little sweetness, good minerality, soft and round but not quite flabby.
