September 14, 2021 - NSG blind tasting. Short impressions only. Tertiary notes with farmyard, dark fruit and earth A bit rustic with a dry finish. I guessed 2007.

January 21, 2021 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Fruit” day): Pale ruby with purplish hues.

Alluring red and purplish cherry fruits, violets. Ethereal and minerality infused. Cured meat / bacon fat notes too. Floral spices and peppery notes.

Very high minerality, saline and seaweed-like notes. High acidity and great structure. More about finesse than richness.

94 points. Really great showing here.

With time in glass, darker red and bluish plum liqueur.

September 2, 2020 - 60F. Let breathe for 15 min. Great showing, entering maturity. Followed for 2 hours, kept evolving. Mid-long finish. Outstanding for the vintage! Love this producer.

February 26, 2020 - Magnifique parfums, déjà un peu d'évolution, cerise à l'eau de vie aussi, bouche élégante mais sérieuse, j'adore

November 6, 2019 - Red fruit, mainly cherries, spices, white pepper, nice salinity, really good, drinking well now, but not afraid of some years longer cellaring. Gouges managed very well their 2011.
