January 15, 2015 - Pale yellow with a slight green tinge. Soft vanilla oak aromas on the nose mixed w/lemon and grapefruit. Refreshing. In the mouth, gives an impression of creaminess but remains relatively lean especially compared with other CA chards. A little low on the acidity but most likely a vintage attribute. Finishes with a nice salty minerality.

January 28, 2014 - Well-balanced, with pears and creme brûlée on the palate. There is a hint of oak, but it adds to the complexity. This was open a couple of days and just got better, with the fruit and acidity working together.
