February 3, 2024 - Two hours of air then drank over two hours.
Dense and dark, spicy with notes of tea, wood, and Asian tones. Dark blue and red fruit that is approachable but restrained. Very cool and attractive balance with great depth and a long fresh finish. Quite good! -

December 31, 2023 - Peu pris de notes car on fête le Nouvel An, mais on laisse tomber le micro. ;). Évidemment ça demeure jeune pour l’appellation donc aucune urgence à le sortir de la cave.

January 25, 2023 - Intense aromas of floral and red fruits. Palate lacks structure but finish is rounded and persistent. Palate gain some weight after 1.5 hrs of so but still not what is expected from this plot.

December 9, 2021 - drunk side by side with the Cazetieres
A deep nose with dark cherry fruit, wood spice, black tea, asian spice. and lovely florals. Mid plus weighted, yet still more graceful than the Cazetieres. This has power without weight on the palate with more dark cherry fruit, spice, florals. and well done wood. It has some cooling herbal notes but not much green meanies to speak of. May 15, 2021 - Bottle No. 1180. Bright, clear red color. No bricking. Cherries, red fruit, leather and iodine on the nose. Beetroot, earth, beef and leather on the palate. Very Gevrey, but only barely has the heft (mid-palate) of a Grand Cru (I attribute this to the vintage). I shied away from the 2011 vintage as a whole (due to the growing season), but his bottle showed that a good producer and top Grand Cru vineyard will rise to the occasion. All in all, a delicious Burgundy.
