Community Tasting Notes 3

January 18, 2013 - Smells like straw mats. But that could be the weird combination of what was in my glass.

Sweet strawberry fruit and that bitter crispness on the back of the palate.

January 13, 2013 - Hmmm. Simple and light, in color, nose, and taste. But, the fruit and acid was nicely balanced.

    3 on the AF scale

December 24, 2012 - Christmas eve with Shrimp. Piney, tropical, higher alcohol notes. Floral with bruised apple/white grape notes. Medium body with alcohol notes showing through the savory, mineral palate. This shows some oxidative notes that have been cleaned up by heavy SO2. Long on the palate but lacks th freshness, fruit or expression that I'd like to see.
