December 15, 2005 - Straw-yellow, with slightly greenish tinge. Very nice minerality mixed with green apples and lemons. Significant minerals continue on the palate, with light bodied but lively flavors of green apples, pears and citris. Lovely balance with vibrant acidity that is refreshing and gives length to the finish.
