January 6, 2019 - Very very good showing. Medium yellow. In the nose, it's textbook Pinot Blanc with notes of hay, white squash, some pear, floral notes. In the mouth, it's quite rich, but balanced by fresh acidity, very concise and great to drink with quite some complexity.
