April 7, 2023 - drinking well, in a good place. It's interesting to see the CT ratings by "time", as this wine progressed from 90 to solid 92 the past 3 yrs. "Sometimes aging works, sometimes it doesn't."

July 3, 2022 - Still drinking prime after a 2h decant. Red and black fruits, vanilla, dill, licorice, mouth-watering acidity, and sweet tannins. For the price, this is still one of my favorite CA Cabs.

October 16, 2021 - Classic Napa cab with nose of bell peppers, perched earth, bit of coffee and mud. Palate has green vegetables followed by chocolate and chewy tannins.
Makes you feel like running through fields of vegetables smelling the damp earth as the sky is covered with dark clouds that remind you of the maiden that stole your soul. -
