March 14, 2022 - Tasted blind. Grippy tannins, almost felt like a light Bordeaux, lots of oak. Hmm, what to do with this? Some were guessing Coteaux Champenois.

July 13, 2018 - Burgs with Kev: Blind. Beetroot, tomato, forest floor, ash and strawberry. Tannins kick in on the front palate with bright acidity and clean fruit. Well made but I'm not sure where it will go with more time.
