November 4, 2023 - Decated 1hour, personally cellared for 10* years. This bottle was delicious, complex evolving dark and blue fruit, hints of truffles and dark chocolate, fully integrated, but still paired incredibly well well with thick choice filets. Rummaging though wine room, I found I have 3 bottles of this vintage that I did not know about. Apparently, a reason to celebrate!
