  February 4, 2017 - Light clear grey yellow. Briny, flinty lemon and lime fruit. Delicious dry lime and stone fruit flavours and a nice dry finish. More complex then fresh.

  August 6, 2013 - I have experienced a multitude of Sauvignon Blancs. This one is the cleanest, most crisp I have ever tasted. Every flavor reveals itself in one layer after another. Finishes very well. It is definitely worth a tasting and seething to add to your cellar collection.
