Community Tasting Notes 7

  • DFBW Does not like this wine: 85 points

January 20, 2020 - Last bottle and same as the rest, thin and lacking in structure / fruit which I think left the party a while ago. If you've got any - cook with it.

May 12, 2019 - Too thin and too old to have any fruit left.

December 22, 2018 - Average wine four bottles into the case so getting through them as there will be no improvement here sadly. Lacking in flavour.

October 1, 2018 - Over the hill sadly. The fruit has gone AWOL leaving a wine that is too thin and acidic with no nuance. Was sold this not too long ago and beautiful aged Burgundy and have now had three bottles of the six - one was corked and the other two were disappointing so ain't gonna hang around waiting for the other three.

June 2, 2018 - Accelerated aeration but possibly doesn't need it. First glass was good with decent but fell away after that and became a little thin and acidic.
