April 9, 2016 - April Acker Auction (Marea): This is giving me hope for the 11 bottles of '08 Sloan we have laying down in our cellar (more than the single bottle that we tried a few weeks ago did). Wine is a bit higher in alcohol and could have used more time (CT drinking window of 2015 seems too short). The fruit in here though is great and it has a nice spiciness and while maybe the flavors aren't quite pulled together it seems like they could get there.
