February 23, 2024 - Nose is not terribly expressive, but it does show some red fruit with red currants and cherries above all, and little oak. Palate is a bit rustic is Pommard fashion, with deep, bright cherries, medium acidity, medium tannins, black pepper and oak on the medium+ ending.
Overall, this is a good Pommard in a good spot, but it's a bit thin and, while elegant, I would say it's a bit overpriced all in all. I am not sure it will improve much if at all with more time in the bottle, but it won't fade either. Went very well with baked salmon.

    P.s.
    - better on day two, with deeper flavors in palate, grippier tannins, depose cherries. I had it with fusilli with grilled salmon, asparagus, and mushrooms - great complement. Nose was a bit oxidized, but besides that the air did it real good.

July 22, 2023 - 13.5% ABV. Pale ruby core with some garnet starting to emerge at the rim. Coravin pour, and 10 min of air in glass.

Aromas of cherry, redcurrant, raspberry, wet leaves, and anise. Medium density on the palate with a length of finish that leaves a little more to be desired. Juicy acidity against a backdrop of tannins that are still quite grippy and not yet resolved.

In Pommard fashion, there’s ample underlying fruit and muscle here that tells me that this is still ways away frontier reaching its apogee. A hold and revisit in another 3-5 years for me.

April 29, 2022 - Light ruby, mushroom and fruit on the nose. Subtle soft tannins, plenty of structure ! Long finish! Really nice Pommard.

    October 31, 2021 - Appearance: pale garnet.
Nose: medium plus intensity; aromas of wild mushroom, forest floor, licorice slice (甘草片), dry plum, wild flower, sandalwood, red cherry, blueberry, citrus oil extract. It’s developing.
Palate: dry, high acidity, medium plus silky tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus flavour intensity, precise and in line with nose. The finish is medium plus.
Very good wine. Can drink and has potential for ageing. Very complex notes on the nose with great development. Elegant yet intense. Charming!

February 27, 2021 - Decanted briefly. Earthy Pommard with firm tannins, citrus peel, white pepper, autumn leaves. Drinking very well now.
