Community Tasting Notes 3

May 7, 2016 - Beginning to show some age in colour. Flavours integrating but with more acid to soften off. Coming along nicely.

May 27, 2014 - Metallic and mineral nose. Medium bodied smooth and drinkable. Not sure why I rated it so high?

February 3, 2013 - First of all, give this one half an hour to liven up, I found my first glass a too closed. Garnet red in colour. An ever changing nose of raspberry, chocolate, rosewater, and violet, along with dusty earth and resinous notes. The palate is lovely and balanced, savoury and complex, with a long cola finish.
