February 10, 2013 - Sparkling pomegranate/watermelon color. Extreme smells of dried rose petals with delightful highlights of cranberry/raspberry fruit and wet freshly cut hay. Nice subtle undertones of meatiness. This Rose is nice and frothy!! On the palate tart red cherry, cranberry, citrus, and hibiscus tea. Nice minerality, big deep and chalky. Very fun and very enjoyable!!

February 10, 2013 - Great nose, like great rose Champagne I've had in the past but without the yeasty notes. This is all bright strawberry, raspberry juice along with a hint of red citrus. Really great texture on the palate, good balance between the bright red fruit, acids and bubbles. The juiciness here from the fruit is great, very fresh and pretty long in it's expression, providing fresh red berries and minerality. This is delicious and among the best sparkling wines I've had out of Oregon. I don't know that I would age it, but right now in my opinion, this is killer stuff.

January 30, 2013 - Some autolytic complexity on nose...bright, racy acid on palate...

January 26, 2013 - Aromas were very light. The palate is deliciously fruited, expressing rich clean strawberry flavors and pleasing soft bubbles. Not too much else really going on beyond that nice fruit. The finish shows minerality, but it's a little bitter and off putting.
