June 21, 2018 - Meyer lemon and honey notes, with a medium-long finish. This has improved a bit since my last bottle, but is probably at or slightly past its peak.

December 25, 2015 - Honey-scented beeswax and Meyer lemons on the nose. The palate has notes of pear and lemon pound cake. Nice acidity and decent finish, but lacks the complexity needed for a higher score.
I will hold my other bottle for a couple years, but I'm not sure this will improve.
