June 21, 2023 - Color/App: light/medium-deep ruby core -> diffuse garnet rim; medium + viscosity. Initial whiff of maderization on PnP that unfortunately grew stronger as time passed. Below that could be found dark cherries, cola and a meaty element CT users have described from other years. High acid palate that showcased bright cherry fruit but that was about it before the maderized elements took over. Puchased at auction and hoping this is just a bad bottle as I have three more in the cellar. Ugh.
