January 3, 2015 - Fruity, floral nose. Crisp, dry, refreshing on the palate. Very dry, slightly astringent, fairly acidic and tart. Mildly lingering finish. Tasted the next day, it had oxidized rather quickly and tasted far more bitter, much like grapefruit.
