August 29, 2023 - Family Holidays; 7/28/2023-9/10/2023 (Alicante - España): Fourth of six. Bottle coming directly from the winery and open an hour before lunch as an appetizer and seasoning while cooking. Unpolluted cork except for a small mould notch, extracted with The Durand. Bright colour of antique gold. Intoxicating aromas of scrubland and dairy. Then develops notes of laurel, fallen leaves of willow tree, river ferns, camphor or candied lemons. Subtle hints of ripe white fruit such as pear or apple are also detected. High-level complexity. On the palate it has a mellow texture, almost sweet, with a fatigued acidity but that comes up in the epiglottis. Long and persistent through the aftertaste. Long seconds of pleasure accompany an abyssal depth. Almost ten years drinking these bottles and I still think that despite the exclusivity, the best is still to come. Clearly aspiring to greatness.

Embriagadores aromas a monte bajo y a lácteos.

August 14, 2020 - Third of six. A lesson leaned in time, I opened this bottle so that it reached the optimum temperature for consumption. Unfortunately the summer heat ruined my ideas. In addition, half of the final part of the cork remained stuck to the glass and when it was treated, it was removed, it was pulverized, making it necessary to decanter and filter it. On the nose shows aromas of hay, which do not degenerate towards tropical fruits, and citrus along with floral and mineral notes. Too few how to stand out. Perhaps an ammonia essence diluted in water. On the palate it is long, acidly creamy, floral and with a bitter aftertaste. Delicious but in my opinion it won't be the best bottle if the pack. In spite of this still very individualistic in spirit.

January 6, 2019 - Sunday service at Jade Court (Chicago, IL): Served double blind. Very interesting nose, with a distinct aroma of jasmine tea. Plenty of herbaceous and aromatic notes, but a little more acidity for me to end up guessing Rhone white. Weird enough that I went to some sort of Italian wine; perhaps one of those vermentinos in the riper style? Quite good.
