On its way out. Pretty dark, low co2 pressure, very acidic, not very complex anymore.

October 29, 2023 - Lots of VA that made this undrinkable unfortunately

August 19, 2023 - Disgorged May 2022 and my favourite vintage to date. Quietly complex with an array of unusual but delicious aromas presented in harmony. An Earl Grey note is really distinctive, with yellow plum, smoke, cream cheese and a stony character. Clean, flowing on the palate- refreshing pear fruit tastes young and there's an underlying depth without weight. A lovely and individual wine, and I'd have gone straight out and bought some if there was any online.

May 9, 2022 - Quirky but truly delightful. Aromas of peach jam, honey, moss, rotting wood, iris, brown spice and vague dried herbs. Great fruit on the palate, gentle bubbles, easy acids, fresh and lively.

August 3, 2021 - Medium golden, fine mousse but faded quickly. Nose is petrol, honey, clover, and a faint black licorice thing on the end. Fruit fading very quickly in the glass. Smokey and savory.

Very interesting wine and probably needs more thoughtful consideration than I was @ble to give… did not seem as complex or as complete as I would have hoped. Disgorge 2019
