March 18, 2016 - Herbs & veggies, definitely some pyrazines but also shows nice red/black currant and earth, fairly strong acid & tannins. Drinking well now with some air but should continue to age for several years.

November 24, 2015 - Nose of earth, leather. Taste, slightly tannic, apples, bitter herbs. Smooth finish. Aged out to a new level smoothness since last I tried it. Very good cab.

November 1, 2015 - Probably would never guess this was cab but what do you expect from scholium. Nice wine with with fine balance. From the challenging 2011 vintage this is definitely a victory.
