April 3, 2013 - Beautiful light gold color in the glass. Crisp citrus acidity on the palate, but not overbearing grapefruit like in too many trendy sauvignon blancs. More like bitter apple, with a hint of lemon. Just enough oak to balance without taking away from the fruity minerality.
