  May 22, 2015 - Krua and Canela on a Friday night (Canela Bistro - SF): Solid neutral wine. Some stone fruit and estery aromatics, low intensity. On the palate, just a slight bit of bitterness. Seems dry, but with moderate to slightly diminished acidity. Overall it’s very nice light balance, not driven by acid or bitterness. Just, light with a bit of weight and texture to it. Went well with Thai food.

  February 13, 2014 - Unscrewed and poured, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, big green apple up front, with lemon, butter, and mineral undertones. Palate: Light to medium bodied, buttery citrus attack, zesty acidic kick thru the mid-palate, though the flavor thins noticeably, leaving little fruit and a lot of minerality dominating the back end and a rather short finish. Decent quaff for $14.

  October 19, 2013 - Pale gold in color with tastes of pear, apple, and barn dried straw. Best quaffed, as if left in the glass, the nose fades and the tart acid begins to come forth even more. Though if I try this again; maybe this time - REALLY REALLY COLD
