January 28, 2024 - Deep dark center, red rim with signs of age.
Plums and blueberries, toasty, sweet cherry liquor.
Smooth, plums and black cherries, black olives and tobacco, nicely integrated oak, modest acidity and tannin, rubbed tobacco on the finish.
Excellent Seavey Merlot - drinking very well now. -

Beautifully mature rendition of the Merlot varietal. Ripe, yummy, a little jammy but not too much, espresso grounds, bittersweet chocolate.
Nicely integrated tannins, long and fruity finish. Drink now through 2025+. -
