July 14, 2007 - Dense, still purple at the rim. Muted cassis wth stronger aromas of cedar and pencil shavings. Quite a velvety texture, balanced and drinking nicely now. No sgn of dilution or attenuation. Bodes well for the grand vin in a few years time.
