January 28, 2021 - Not a good vintage, also the evolution is not great, the fruit has faded, the acidity is too high. Green stem, a bit bitter, not bad but not great

April 22, 2019 - Power without weight can be overused but it describes the house style perfectly here. Not in the charming, overt fruit style - the whole cluster gives it a bit of a stemmy funk that adds to its character of blueberries, plum and cassis. Much better than a thin and diluted Aloxe-Corton I had from another producer. A rarity - a profound wine you can buy without giving up your heirloom.
