November 12, 2022 - 2017 disgorgement - Definitely mature, but not tired. Nose shows prominent autolysis, toasted brioche, granny smith apple, pear and lemon. Palate with intense acid, mineral support, bread notes prominent here too, and more about lemon than apple. This would compete with many b de b champagne, and if you share my love for high acidity bubbly, this is magnificant.

Smooth and elegant, although bubbles are a bit coarse. -

August 2, 2020 - Solid, lots of autolysis flavors, fine bubbles, creamy yet crisp texture... just missing a lengthier finish. Very good for NV traditional styled sparkling wine.
