January 24, 2014 - Nose of beer yeast, lemon and honey. A touch of lime tree. Mouth round (honey), vivid (lemon juice), ending on elegant bitterness of chinese pomelo. Very good after 7 days of Argon gaz conservative.
Need some cellaring.
Afterwood I do agree with Brett and Megan previous note : herbacious, fresh cutted grass. It gives a rustic side, but also caracter. -

December 25, 2013 - aroma - caramelized onions, green fresh herbs, mineral; taste - dark fruit, some sweet fruit (strawberry?), with mineral, dirt, and herbaceous

June 17, 2013 - Bright and fruity (peach, watermelon, green apple), but balanced by a nice sourness. Smell also has some floral notes that aren't particularly noticeable in the taste. Pretty delicious and refreshing. I have a feeling that more flavors will open up when it gets a little warmer; currently drinking it a little too cold. On a negative note, a little hot alcohol booziness is evident. I suppose the 13.5% rating is on the high side.
