January 1, 2007 - Green apples and grass on the nose. Very lean palate, acid stands out and this is very simple and short.

December 13, 2005 - 1996 Horizontal, with Chef de Cave from Henriot, Moet and Roederer (London): 31% CH 38% PN 31% PM. From Magnum
This was a borderline vintage year at Moet, lowest acidity seen since 1969.
Again noticeable sulphur, very lean, no ripeness, some finesse though. Lack of acid clearly shows on finish. Quite weak.
