February 11, 2014 - The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, prune, mineral, oak, vanilla and black pepper. It tastes like strawberry, prune, oak, vanilla, mineral and black pepper. The body is medium/full. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

Goes well with Iberico cheese (like Manchego), goats cheese. Stands up to mature stilton. Misses brie.
