    April 1, 2018 - Venue: Home; General Notes: Benjamin Leroux 2011 Bourgogne: like a goth teenager - dark and broody on the front, but with enough fruit and lightness to add levity on the back end. In that way it is well balanced, even if irritating to its parents. 2.5 out of 4. ; Wine Notes: | Eco Style | Conventional | Wine Notes | decant for at least two hours ;

    October 17, 2016 - Fine Vines Fall 2016 Portfolio Tasting (Fine Vines - Melrose Park IL): Tasting, brief note. Ripe black fruit, slightly rough around the edges. Best now.

    August 14, 2015 - Weak wine. Pleasant bouquet, but were little going one in taste. Quite flat. I do not like a fruit bomb, but this feels like that there is no fruit at all. Has a tart unpleasant taste to it. Did not like it, specially for the price. Burgundy continues to be a hit and miss, and this one is a miss.

    May 13, 2015 - After Party (Buckhead, GA): Ruby core with pale rim; bright red and slight dark fruit, sour dark cherry, limestone; nice persistency, some tannin, dark cherry, good depth; solid.

    February 22, 2015 - Litt preg av syltetøy, men oppleves likevel som frisk og livlig. Flott frukt og fin spenst. Fin lengde, men mangler dybde. Fin horeca-vin.
