March 14, 2013 - Still big once opened, let it decant for 30 min. Opened up nicely. Tannins have relaxed since I tasted one a few years ago. Perfect time to drink!

February 4, 2012 - Opened up my last 2003 bottle and it was spot on, typical big dark Napa fruit on the nose. Opened up beautifully and after an hour in the decanter was ready to drink. A bouquet of flavors on the palate followed up with slightly dry finish. Very balanced wine and in fact this is the best Napa cab I have had this year. Timing on the wine was perfect as I do not see how it could improve.

December 6, 2011 - Smooth tannins and great balance. Drinking very well right now. I don't think more time will improve it so if you have some laid away, great time to drink up.
