December 8, 2020 - Medium gold. Lemon peel, followed by tropical fruit and prominent minerality harmonized by toasty buttery notes. Lively acidity. Wonderful now. At peak.

May 26, 2017 - Very golden and just wonderful. Paired it with herbed grilled chicken and a thai fried rice. Just WOW!!
Honeydew on the nose. It looks almost thick, its so luscious looking. Yet its crisp and sweet and light on the oak.
I'm at a loss for descriptive words but it paired seamlessly with traditional herbed chicken (sage, thyme, salt pepper garlic and an herb de provence oil) thai rice was seasoned with cilantro, ginger, fish sauce, garlic and thai chilies. It was a hit. -

June 30, 2015 - There's a nice creaminess to the body, giving it a soft and round mouthfeel, but it's balanced out by a lovely citrus backbone of acidity. Green apple and tart lemon on the palate. Finishes with nice, mouthwatering acidity.
