July 25, 2014 - nice wine, very tannic and tight on opening, needs time and air, then smoothed over. Nice the second night, so decant or wait another year or so

March 1, 2014 - A surprisingly serious wine to be a wine store's appelation wine. Tobacco and black cherry mix with some currant flavor. Good tannic grip. Overall quite enjoyable - will benefit from a little more time in the bottle.
