Community Tasting Notes 7

July 13, 2014 - Light salmon pink in the glass; nice minerally, citric nose.

Goes down very easy; nice snap/liveliness on the palate, and decent persistence on the finish. Perfect wine for a humid afternoon on the deck.

    Screw-capped.

April 25, 2014 - I enjoyed this a lot....really fresh tasting and even though I don't generally enjoy it, some grapefruit came through on the palate.

January 31, 2014 - Strawberry color. Smells of watermelon, red apple peel, limestone and minerals. Tart acid on the palate, and ripping minerals. I love the limestone and seashell notes, which complement the red apple peel, wild strawberry and canteloupe. Finish shows notes of lemon verbena and watermelon peel. One of the best Cali roses I've had in a long time. Amazing stuff.

January 31, 2014 - Strawberry, mineral, and great acidity. A wonderfully joyful wine.

November 28, 2013 - Medium pink, with neutral nose. Crisp strawberry tones, with ample minerality. Solid but rather nondescript. A nice wine among other Tgiving selections.
