    September 10, 2020 - Ah oui ! Pas mal du tout !

    August 8, 2020 - 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc

Medium to full body, deep ruby color. Intense ripe fruits, cedar wood and sweet spices aroma. Dominant blueberry and blackberry palate combined with dark chocolate notes following by lingering plummy finish. Impressive, rich and complex but very delicate and velvety, bold texture, good dense and balance between fresh acidity and ripe tannins. Food friendly, best match is meet dishes, tasted with stewed poultry. Serve 16º - 21º. Open one hour ahead. Drink now and next four years.

June 28, 2020 - From a magnum, nice balance of subtle dried blackberry, cassis and dark young cherry on taste (hint of smoke) with dry tannic lip-smack briefly lasting. Mellowed after 2-3 hours yet retained a nice overall balance. Did feel a bit flabby/linear at times but for the 50%/50% balance was overall a nice effort for a right bank 2012. Drink now (or yesterday). Cheers.

April 26, 2013 - Medium-bodied this is a lighter and fresh style of St. Emilion with fresh cherries and chocolate. This is the debut vintage for this estate under the eye of consultant, Hubert de Bouard. 87-90 Pts
