September 28, 2021 - Nice depth and balance. Better with age.

November 19, 2017 - Leather, dark fruit and spice on the nose. First taste of raspberry, spice, and long chewy tannic finish. A bit sweet. Really balanced out and softened the tannins after hour decant.

April 1, 2017 - Bottle #2 of two wines at Jaxon in Philadelphia.
What can I say, a delicious wine from a fantastic vintage! It paired so well with our Rabbit roulette and Rack of lamb with coconut rice, salsa verde. We let it bottle breath for 2 hours. Ripe raspberries, cherries, spice, licorice, and leather on the nose. A rich, smooth, velvety palate with balanced and structured acidity. A lingering finish. This wine is still relatively young and has many more years. I’m glad I have four more bottles.1 person found this helpful Comment
